Be Part of a Growing Cameroonian Family in Greater Manchester

The Cameroonian Community of Greater Manchester (CCGM) is a vibrant and welcoming organisation that brings together Cameroonians and their families living in Greater Manchester.

By joining CCGM, you become part of a network built on unity, solidarity, and mutual support where every member has a voice and every contribution makes a difference.

Who Can Join

Membership is open to:

  • All Cameroonians and their families living in Greater Manchester.
  • Children under the age of 18 are automatically covered by their parent's membership.
  • Young adults (aged 18–20) can register as individual members free of charge until their 20th birthday.

Registration Fee

Membership is recognised by a non-refundable registration fee of Β£25 per individual.

This single payment secures your annual membership in the CCGM family.

The Β£25 fee non-refundable also covers your children under 18, helping families stay connected and engaged as part of our community.

Member Responsibilities

As a CCGM member, you are encouraged to:

  • Participate actively in community events and activities.
  • Stay up to date with agreed financial contributions and obligations that help sustain the organisation's programmes and initiatives.
  • Support other members and uphold the values of unity, respect, and mutual care.

Members who do not meet their financial obligations may have their membership temporarily deactivated until all outstanding contributions are paid (with an interest charge).

Benefits of Membership

By becoming a CCGM member, you gain access to:

  1. Voting rights in CCGM elections and decision-making processes.
  2. Priority access to investment and community development opportunities.
  3. Community support during bereavement or family emergencies.
  4. Networking opportunities with fellow Cameroonians and local organisations.
  5. Cultural and social events that celebrate Cameroonian heritage and strengthen our collective identity.

When members or their immediate family (spouse or biological children) experience loss, CCGM organises community fundraising campaigns to support them. This compassionate system ensures no member faces hardship alone.

How to Register

Please provide a link or write down the separate phases to follow.
